Brandon University's Rural Development Institute is pleased to bring Bob Johansen in for this afternoon workshop.  The workshop is an essential for both seasoned leaders and new managers.

 

Join Bob Johansen, author of Leaders Make the Future, in a facilitated workshop where he will unveil ten critical new skills required today.  Drawing on his latest ten-year forecast from the Institute of the Future, Bob combines research-based forecasts, real-world examples, and astute analysis to explore the external forces shaking the foundations of leadership.  Bob argues that leaders who combine vision, understanding, clarity, and agility can succeed.  The dilemmas we confront, the workforce we lead, the technologies we use, and our organizational lives will change over the next decade.  Bob has developed new skills uniquely suited to help leaders make connections through the chaos and thrive in the uncertain world around us.
